Programme Advisor

Responsibilities

    Handle student enrolment
    - Sign up students for courses
    - Arrange payment for courses
    - Check the inquiries
    - Arrange class transfers
    - Arrange school fee refunds
    - Arrange school fee savings
    - Assign classes and level placement for students
    - Follow up company and private class payments by bank transfer
    Handle programmes consultations and sales activities
    - Introduce the company
    - Clarify customers’ needs
    - Give pre-consultations
    - Get students’ information
    - Arrange placement tests
    - Deliver programmes / course consultations
    Handle customer care activities
    - Handle customer complaints, customer requests
    - Update and follow up Customer Complaint Resolution Records
    - Update waiting lists
    - Follow up booking lists
    - Do the telesales
    - Email to customers as requested
    Handle customer payment
    - Receive customer payments
    - Hand over cash balance to ACC/TTO
    Administration tasks
    - Manage students’ documents
    - Makie reports: Visit, New Sales, Summer Courses…
    Performance KPIs
    - Sales: 40%
    - Waiting day: 30%
    - Revenue: 15%
    - Re-enrolment: 15%




Requirements

    - College/University graduated is an advantage
    - Sales experience, including in counselling, advising and customer service
    - Good communication and persuasion skills
    - Excellent interpersonal skills
    - Team player, interacts well with people of all levels
    - Strong sales and customer service focus
    - Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
    - Familiar with MS Office
    - Age range: 21 to 30
    - Well presented
    - Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
    - Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    - Available for shift working
    - Ability to work under pressure
    - Outgoing personality and self motivated
